We use the Royal Mail service to deliver our products. Royal Mail aims to deliver post the next working day including Saturdays, however it can take up to 3-5 working days depending on demand.
March 2022 has seen Royal Mail increase their postage costs therefore we have had to apply higher charges due to this.
Our delivery charges are subject to change.
We can post outside the UK but this is upon request and at the customers cost. To enquire please email us severnsoaps@outlook.com
The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, depending on the volume of orders. We aim but do not guarantee for your order to be packaged and posted within 2 working days.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you’re not happy with the products you have already received, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery and return them to us within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are not opened or used in any way.
You will need to arrange and pay the cost of returning them to us. Refunds will only be made against the original card used for purchase.
Please ensure you take all the necessary steps and obtain proof of postage.
If the products you wish to return are damaged on delivery, please email us for instructions.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to issue a refund for used or opened products.
